Fourteen nationals linked to Mumbai’s KS International Traders are barred from entry as the State Department moves to choke the flow of counterfeit synthetic opioids
The US State Department announced a new wave of visa restrictions on Wednesday targeting an India-based criminal network accused of flooding the United States with fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills.
The action, taken under Section 212(a)(3)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, specifically targets the owner of Mumbai-based KS International Traders (also known as KS Pharmacy) and 13 close business associates. The move effectively bars these individuals from entering the United States.
