- KRW300 billionto be returned individendpayouts; at least KRW700 billionin shares to be repurchased and canceled
- Initial KRW200 billionshare buyback tocommenceon February 10.
On February 9, KRAFTON’s Board of Directors authorized a Shareholder Return Program for 2026-2028, under which a minimum of KRW1 trillionwill be returned to shareholders over the next three years. This is more than a44% increase compared to thepreviousthree-year program, which totaled KRW693 billionacross 2023-2025.
The new programaims toprovide a higherpredictabilityof shareholder return scale, while strengthening long-term shareholder value. It will be carried outin two streams:1)Dividend payouts,and2)Sharerepurchasesandcancelations.
Dividend Payouts
KRAFTON is implementingdividend payouts for the first time in its history.
- A total of KRW300 billionwill be returned over three years via KRW100 billionannual payouts.
Share Repurchases and Cancelations
- KRAFTON will repurchase at least KRW700 billionworth of shares, all of which will be canceled.
The company’sShareholder Return Program funds, excluding thoseallocatedfor dividend payouts,will befullyplaced towardbuying back stock.With this approach, KRAFTON plans to enhance capital efficiency andstrategicallyrespond to marketneeds.The companywill review opportunities to expand the scale of returnsaccording to financialperformanceand market conditions.
