Diplomatic tributes and strong condemnation

Argentina’s Ambassador to India, Mariano Agustín Caucino, told CNN-News18 that his country firmly rejects terrorism in all its forms and stands in full solidarity with India.

Drawing from Argentina’s own experience of suffering two major terror attacks that claimed over 100 lives, he said the country understands the threat of terrorism all too well. He stressed that prevention alone is not enough, as terror groups continue to evolve and change tactics.

Caucino spoke about the need for stronger multilateral cooperation and coordinated global efforts to combat terrorism. Reaffirming that Argentina stands with India, he said this shared stance unites both nations and reflects their commitment to peace-loving countries.

He separately told news agency IANS that the victims of the “tragedy of the Pahalgam terror attack” will never be forgotten by the Argentine people.
